I see this “know it all” trend; Everyone wants to be that person who knows all the answers, I prefer to be that person who has all the questions. When people think you have all the answers, you start believing your own hype. In my opinion this is a dangerous position. Those who believe they are better run the risk of “turning off” the part of the brain that generates new ideas and perspectives. The Japanese have the concept of “kaizen”, which translates as “continuous improvement”. This concept means that you never reach the top. There are always improvements to make, even when others tell you no.

I have projects with MEITY, SERB, and some Industrial collaborations. The areas in which I am looking for: 1. Fairness in Federated Learning or general AI 2. Privacy in Machine Learning 3. Game Theoretic Challenges in Blockchains for improving Performance and fairness. My research builds foundations for ethical AI and distributed systems such as blockchains through game theory, mechanism design, machine learning, and optimization. VX - Setting the Standard for AI motion tracking

Things don’t just miraculously come together. No matter the task someone put thought and strategy into making a project successful. Women have become good at doing these things because we have practiced. Just because she made it look easy, doesn’t mean that it was easy, or effortless. Grow your skillset by stepping up for these attention to detail tasks that often receive no accolades. It will build both your business acumen and your humility simultaneously, no matter your gender!

Invest your time in the right things to lead a happy and successful life.

Too much science is driven by desires to validate IP and business plan vs. invalidating hypothesis. This can lead to improperly designed controls, overly ambitious promises of the value of scientific work, and reduced public trust in the scientific community.
