Refocusing on three things propelled my leadership career and enabled me to lead hundreds of people, in dozens of countries, at some of the largest technology companies on the planet. I found myself obtaining the job titles and income levels of my dreams and have had the privilege to mentor dozens of high performing, empathetic, truly amazing humans. I recently had the opportunity to share a little bit of my story with Mike Sedita on the Good Neighbor Podcast and talk about the raw truth about leadership. One of the most common questions I get is, “Josh, can you help leaders love their jobs and accelerate their careers?” The answer is yes. Lets talk. Lets do this. stepstoleadership.com

I have changed in the last few years. I talk about my failures. Quite openly. Do you? Or are you still a bit reserved? Honestly, I am not saying it's easy to do. I still get judged by those in 'glass houses'. I still judge myself too 😄 But here's the thing with leadership: Most lessons come from experience. Not from books and podcasts. And when you learn from experience, You are bound to make mistakes. I've cocked up plenty of times in my career. But that means now, when I work with leaders, I have that experience to draw on. So before you listen to a leadership 'expert', Make sure they have real-life experience. And a couple of dozen failures, too! ——————————— 🔔 Follow for more. 🚀 Get the best out of your leaders and teams. 💬 Get in touch to find out how.

Implement clear policies against discrimination and create safe spaces for open communication. -Invest in Growth: Provide ongoing training for yourself and your team on unconscious bias, cultural competency, and inclusive leadership. Support diverse talent through mentorship and sponsorship programs. -Celebrate the Mosaic: Recognize and celebrate the unique strengths and experiences each team member brings.
