In the digital age, the concept of personal coaching has transcended physical boundaries, enabling access to guidance from experts across the globe. The realm of online coaching, in particular, has seen a significant surge in popularity. It offers a flexible, accessible, and often more affordable alternative to traditional in-person coaching. However, with this convenience comes the challenge of selecting the right online coach who can genuinely cater to your personal fitness or development goals. The key to unlocking your potential lies in having an online coach and finding the one that aligns perfectly with your aspirations, lifestyle, and specific needs. https://lnkd.in/edn_bT4e #elevatesyracuse #elevatefitness #morethanagym #onlinecoaching #personaltraining #onlinepersonaltraining

When it comes to getting started in the fitness industry too many newly qualified PTs make the mistake of trying to go online too early You first need to build your skillset and knowledge as a coach in person before going online. Without this, you miss out on learning the art of coaching, picking up on cues, building rapport and all the soft skills required to be an effective coach. Instead, start your career as a face-to-face coach. By all means, you can move online later, or start a hybrid model, but by going online too early you’ll miss this crucial learning curve that all coaches should go through. As a result you’ll be a better coach, you’ll get better results for your clients, and you’ll have a more successful long-term business as a result, whether it is in-person or online. Body Transformation Expert || From 108 kgs to being fit, my journey and secrets are set all for you. || Guided 1500+ clients to fat loss, muscle gain, & healthier lifestyles.
Fitness coaching is a "done with you" service, not a "done for you" one. When fitness coaches and consultants effectively communicate this, many of their coaching problems will be solved. Problems with the "done for you" approach: - Not receiving timely check-ins - Chasing clients for updates - Constant pressure to not miss reminders Solutions with the "done with you" approach: - Understanding that coaching is teamwork and results cannot be delivered without the mentee's support - Clean and effective communication - Setting the right expectations - Receiving timely check-ins and delivering results Most of these problems arise because coaches end up selling their services to the wrong prospects or fail to communicate effectively during initial calls. This can be easily solved by screening prospects to ensure they are a good fit and making expectations clear before starting the plan. The same goes for clients enrolling in the program; they should understand if the coach can provide the level of support they need and if they are a good fit for each other.

💻Empowering Fitness Coaches and Coarse Creators to scale their offer and multiply their income through high-converting, fully automated funnels.
Growing your fitness coaching business is simple because there are only three ways to do it: 👉 Connect with more clients: 👉 Encourage higher commitment: 👉 Keep them coming back That’s it! First, you need to get customers to reach your initial business goal. Start by reaching out to a wider audience of potential clients who are interested in improving their fitness and health. Then, once you've got them interested, show them why they should invest more in their fitness journey with you. Offer them the best services or programs you've got, and make sure they see the value you bring to their goals. And finally, don't let them slip away! Keep them engaged, keep supporting them, and keep them coming back for more sessions. After all, it's all about building those lasting relationships. Running a business can feel like a lot sometimes, but when you focus on these three simple steps—getting more clients, fostering commitment, and bringing them back for more—you'll see your fitness coaching business grow like never before. Communicator and Coach | Master at Making Fitness Understandable | NASM-CPT, CES, PN1-NC | Nutrition and Fitness Coach
Being back coaching face-to-face has reminded me what’s truly important in this industry… ⭐️ How you make people feel is EVERYTHING ⭐️ I know our product is the best and will always give the results we promise it will. But what truly keeps people coming back is the feeling they get when they walk under the Orange lights. I’m not doing my job if I’m not making every 👏 single 👏 person 👏 feel seen, heard and valued. For those of you in the fitness industry, never lose sight of that…you can have all of the knowledge, all of the training, all of the certs and degrees, but if you’re not truly connecting with people in a meaningful way that makes them FEEL, you’ll never reach your fullest potential. #fitness #coaching #orangetheory #honorsholdings

I'm a strength and fitness coach - don't confuse that with the stereotype of the typical "PT" like you might find in an overpriced gym. I'm here to help you meet your goals, and I guarantee you'll surprise yourself with what you can achieve. I hear all sorts of things when I ask people what their goals are: ⚖ lose weight 💪 tone up 👀 get ripped One thing I hardly ever hear is, 'I want to build my confidence.' But that's exactly what you'll do when you work with me. You'll surprise yourself and develop a huge amount of confidence—more than that—self-belief. I love helping my clients grow stronger. They lose weight, tone up, get ripped, and all the rest, as these are all byproducts of hard work. So, if you're determined to make a change and are willing to dedicate time to it, I'd love to help. Get in touch, and let's start the conversation. Don't wait, do it. Because who doesn't want to be strong?

Managing coaches and instructors can be tough! Here are my top five traits of successful FITNESS MANAGERS 👇🏼 1️⃣ You understand the methodology To manage strength coaches, you should have an understanding of strength training. To manage cycling instructors, knowing what it's like to run a great class is pivotal to getting your team's respect. 2️⃣ You've done it before Having prior experience, whilst not absolutely essential, really helps. When an instructor says they're burned out and tired, for example, it's good if you can tell them how you handled this when you were doing 120+ hours a month. 3️⃣ You're firm but fair Coaches and instructors can be notoriously quite free spirited and tough to manage. Fairness in terms of how the team are treated, pay rates, time off etc is crucial, whilst not letting anyone push the boundaries too far. 4️⃣ You embrace the difficult conversations head on If you see something that isn't right, you address it with the coach or instructor at the earliest opportunity, even if you know you'll get pushback from some. 5️⃣ You take every opportunity to help the team improve You invest in your fitness team's education and development. You encourage mentorships amongst the team. You spend time with new recruits to get them up to a five-star standard. Whilst these traits are relevant to most management positions, fitness teams require a particular approach for best results. What other fitness management essentials do you live by? #fitnesscoach #fitnessinstructor #thefitguide #fitnessindustry #management
