Stop sticking a plaster over it. ❌
The only way to truly fix the problem is to know what the root cause is and tackle that, the right way. ✅
Jessica Green, is an Integrative Health Practitioner and Health Coach who wants women to understand that regaining your health and vitality happens when you take a whole-person approach to get to the root cause of what’s going on.
And, as Jessica explains, this is so far away from the approach that most medicine practitioners in our standard Western health care system take.
It’s time to stop trying to find a quick fix to feeling better, and discover what is the underlying reason for how you’re feeling so you can manage it to truly fix the problem, rather than just treating the symptom.

Empowering NC CEOs (5-500 Employees) to Optimize Health Benefits | CEO @ Bull Benefits | Host: 'Become a Provider' & 'Happy Healthcare Stories' Podcasts
Here are my top health habits I've embraced over the past 7 years distilled into a 30-minute podcast on my Become a Provider "Healthy Provider Series."
I list out "5 Core Thuths to Live By" and then "5 Deep Dives to Try."
These have helped me go from a passive guy without an exercise or nutrition plan to a healthy provider, completing ultra races and being much more intentional in how I lead my family to better health by example.
I've had the pleasure of learning from the best in the field. From the founders and leadership team at dooable health™ to my work today consulting founders on better health benefits with Bull Benefits. Plus my training and certification as a health coach from Duke Health & Well-Being. This has all given me a unique experience both from the individual journey as well as the employer perspective.
Also, I love learning from thought leaders and companies pushing the envelope from #directprimarycare providers, Peter Defty of OFM, Levels CGM, Mark Hyman, MD, Peter Attia, Primal Kitchen, and many more.
