Land loans in TX: there’s a high demand and few sources. I’m doing them among other types. I have about 900 banks in Texas, and about 3-4 will lend on land and close. New sign ups this week: $8M at 65% land loan, 8% rate, bank $5M at 65% land loan, 7.4% rate, bank Personal guarantee required, along with tax returns and solid PFS. Cash out is fine, as long as it’s 65% LTC or lower. No, you can’t sell it to your related entity at a higher cost to max the loan. :) Banks are open and capital is reset as of the new year.
