Helping mid-career professionals and emerging women leaders achieve career breakthroughs | Chief Encouragement Officer & Award-winning ICF-Certified Coach | 15+ years of experience | Career & Interview Coach
Snow, sleet or rain won't stop Visioning 2024 and the participation of 42 amazing women and emerging leaders! We earmarked 40 spaces. We ended up with 42. No different than when we wanted 20 women to contribute to our 21 Resilient Women book. We ended up with 23, but had to cut it off at 21. Something spectacular happens when a group of diverse women get together. Today is not only about Vision Boarding! That could be done at home or anywhere else. It's an opportunity to meet, greet and build camaraderie that will last. It's also an opportunity to put this year's theme - The Triple A Trifecta - into practice: Action, Accountability and Accomplishment. Wish us luck! #Visioning2024 #professionaldevelopment #leadershipdevelopment #careerdevelopmentcoaching #careertips2go

Head of Marketing @ T-Systems | Strategic Marketing Leader | Harnessing Global & APAC Expertise to Drive Brand Excellence & Growth
I wanted to share an inspiring post from T-Systems International's Female Friday series, where today, they spoke with Jill Hassler, Vice President Sales and Head of Strategic Partner Business Germany. In her unwavering pursuit of personal growth, Jill emphasises the significance of “treating everyone equally” when navigating power structures. Her words struck a chord: “Today, in a leadership position, I treat everyone equally. It is important that each person (including me) is heard and can contribute their know-how and experience. I like servant leaders, not people who strive for power.” In today’s leadership landscape, power hunger knows no bounds in terms of gender or race. Jill’s emphasis on equality, respect for voices, and individual expertise is something I deeply respect. Her appreciation for servant leaders, rather than power-seekers, aligns with my belief that everyone plays a crucial role in our team’s success. I am grateful for my supportive colleagues, regardless of their job levels, who continuously encourage and motivate me through my challenges both at work and at home as a working parent with two young children. This week has been particularly tough with both my kids down with HFMD, but the genuine support from my team has been comforting and heartfelt. Thank you, Jill Hassler, for your inspiring words and for reminding us of the importance of equality and servant leadership in our professional journeys. 🌟Female Friday: Empowering Women, Amplifying Voices 🌟 At T-Systems, we believe in the power of diversity and the incredible achievements of women worldwide. As a mark of our lasting commitment to women's empowerment and growth, we are introducing to you Jill Hassler, head of strategic partner business Germany at T-Systems international sales team. In addition to her unwavering pursuit of personal growth, Jill seeks to share the significance of “treating everyone equally” when navigating power structures. "I started my career in IT as a working student. Back then, I had tremendous respect and even fear of managers. And as a young woman, it was also very difficult to break through power structures. A lot has changed since then. Today, in a leadership position, I treat everyone equally. It is important that each person (including me) is heard and can contribute their know-how and experience. I like servant leaders, not people who strive for power." Our favorite recommendation from Jill: “Teams are becoming more and more diverse. And you can be a part of this change!” #FemaleFridays #WomenLeadership #QuestionTodayCreateTomorrow #TurningCustomersIntoFans
