I brag on our #STLmade #ecosystem a lot. I am proud of what we are building here. I drank the Bill Danforth koolaid many, many years ago and consider myself lucky to make a living carrying out the third vision point of the Donald Danforth Plant Science Center - to build St. Louis as a #global center for #plantscience. In this work I meet and help connect and help steward innovators and ecosystem players in their journey to commercialization or expansion and 100 other things startups and other partners need. I get to connect and #collaborate with a lot of truly special people and super cool #tech. Often these folks become ambassadors of what we are doing here because it’s contagious. It’s inspiring. It’s a movement. Nick Reinke of HabiTerre is one of those leaders and visionaries. He helps us be better and think bigger as much as this ecosystem has ever helped his company.
