In this image, you can see some of the behind-the-scenes work that goes into the design of our first biobased project 🌱🌱🌱 A pen and sketchbook are an architect's greatest tools. With each line, we move walls, correct the flow of space, think about how light enters the building and where to strategically place views of the landscape. Building laws, ratios, scales, proportions and structures are something we consider early on. A project can go through hundreds of small considerations and corrections before we ever turn to the computer. We finalize and present only the best 2-3 iterations to our clients after going through this process - and the others are left as ideas in pen marks on the drawing boards. #process #summerhouse #architecture #sketch #sketchbook #biobased
