Something to share: An inspiring 2022 TED Talk by Thomas Heatherwick, and it feels more relevant than ever. His message? Create beautiful buildings, preserve the ones we already have, and make them meaningful – don’t destroy them. This approach contributes (mostly 😉) to CO2 reduction while delivering something valuable and inspiring. If you’re ever in Cape Town, don’t miss the Zeitz MOCAA (grain silos). To me, it’s the most stunning example of repurposed architecture I’ve ever seen – a true masterpiece of vision and reuse. And of course, there’s a clear link to #Planon here 😉.
