I loved getting to attend the grand opening of the FEED's Partner Market! This new program is based out of our distribution center in Oklahoma City where local partner organizations can shop for the products they need - whether that be food, cleaning items, hygiene, and even books. Did you know that 15% of people live below the poverty line right here in Oklahoma City? PBD always with wise words

THE ONE KEY PHRASE FOR ALL ADVERTISING AGENCY PEOPLE IS … “UNIQUE SELLING PROPOSITION”. There’s only one key phrase agency Creatives need to do their best work … A well-researched, well-written, and well-executed Creative Brief and “Unique Selling Proposition” (aka, “USP”), where PROPOSITION means “Buy this product and get this benefit”; where SELLING means supporting the promised end-benefit with a solid ‘’reason why” to believe and buy; and where UNIQUE means saying and/or showing something relevant in a Creative way that competitors can’t or don’t, i.e., differentiating the Brand from all others. When these three conditions are met, we almost invariably get the best advertising campaigns. And for anyone who wants to learn more about the USP concept, conceived by the legendary agency icon Rosser Reeves, I commend all to read his landmark book, “Reality in Advertising”, which set the stage for me at Ted Bates and my entire career in advertising - USP as relevant and timely today as it was 60 years ago. 😎
