Our first architectural workshop in Beirut, Lebanon, brought together over 17 high school students eager to explore architecture and design. Through various assignments, they expanded their knowledge and gained valuable insights from industry professionals. With lectures from renowned figures such as architect Bernard Khoury / DW5, designer Karen Chekerdjian and architect/designer Shaha Raphael, the students were able to better understand the field and prepare for their next steps toward college. This workshop provided a practical introduction to architecture, equipping students with the tools and perspectives to make informed decisions about their future.
