Har Roz - Day 13: The True Cover? Through this illustration, I address a common issue many of us face: the inability of rain covers to fully waterproof our backpacks. Often, despite having a cover, our belongings still get wet from the back, leaving us frustrated and seeking a better solution. This marks the beginning of my exploration into finding a more effective way to keep our items dry and secure, regardless of the weather. “I think that architecture can really affect the socio-cultural landscape of an area– there’s still hope”, shares Heena Bhargava. Talking about the Mohalla Clinics, she discusses how they were designed using upcycled shipping containers as a rapid response system. The containers are efficient, can be assembled quickly, reuse discarded material and lower the carbon footprint, all while setting up an optimistic and hygienic environment for users.
