Did you visit Analytica in Munich last week? We would love to hear your thoughts on the show and all of the amazing technologies that were on display! Exploring the exhibition and learning about new trends in the industry, including sample preparation and laboratory automation for the future, was truly fascinating. We are proud to be part of this community and to contribute with our chromatography solutions as critical tools used to accelerate advancements in biotechnology and drug development. We would love to give special thanks to BIOZOL for allowing us to spend some time on their booth show casing our high quality glass chromatography columns and making some great connections along the way. #analytica2024 #Fluidics #chromatography #proteinpurification

2023 Year in Review: Biotechnology Developments Assembling an end-of-the-year review is always tricky, especially for biotechnology, a field in which creative energy keeps finding new outlets—and yet somehow multiplies rather than dissipates. A comprehensive review would be exhausting unless it were to do no more than list significant advances, in which case it would be superficial. A selective review would be more manageable but also risk being arbitrary. One way to navigate between the extremes of comprehensiveness and selectiveness is to be representative. This is the course that GEN’s top editors have chosen for this end-of-year review. They have decided to comment, at fair length, on a handful of outstanding presentations from GEN’s State of Biotech 2023, a virtual event that brought together a host of luminaries from industry and academia. https://ow.ly/6s1v50Qmo2k
