2024: A Year of Growth, Gratitude, and Memorable Milestones As 2024 comes to a close, I find myself reflecting on an incredible year filled with countless memories, both personal and professional. It’s been a year of growth, challenges, and achievements that I’m truly grateful for. From colleagues tying the knot and celebrating major life milestones to successfully executing multiple aircraft engine and stand movements for esteemed clients, this year has been a whirlwind of activity. Here are just a few highlights that stand out: ✨ Our First Airshow and MRO Event – A proud moment for our company as we showcased our capabilities and connected with key players in the aviation industry. ✨ Company Training in Bintan – A great blend of learning, bonding, and fun with colleagues who have become family. ✨ Conferences Across the Globe – From Brazil to Turkey, TALA and industry events were opportunities for growth and collaboration. ✨ Business Trips – Strengthening partnerships during my trips to Vietnam and India, building connections that drive our business forward. ✨ AAIS Bowling & Futsal Events – Coming together as a team to celebrate our love for sports and camaraderie in fun, competitive settings. ✨ Team Building and Events – From tournaments to celebrating birthdays and family events, these moments brought us closer. ✨ Continuous Learning – In-house and external training programs that pushed us to new heights, preparing us for greater challenges ahead. ✨ Growth in Family and Career – Witnessing not just professional milestones, but personal ones as well—these truly make everything worthwhile. Through it all, I’ve had tremendous support from my family, friends, and colleagues, without whom none of this would have been possible. As we look ahead to 2025, I’m hopeful and excited for what’s to come. With the lessons learned and the foundations laid this year, I’m confident that the best is yet to come. ALULA Team Soars at Annual Meeting: Ascend '24! The whole ALULA crew, including our Board of Directors, just wrapped up an inspiring annual meeting, Ascend '24! We explored new possibilities to better serve our clients and achieve sustainable success. The theme was all about "Exploring Possibilities" to drive our strategy forward, reach common goals, and live by our shared values. Our CEO, Krystyna Riley, said it perfectly: "Everyone came together to celebrate our mission to Unlock Behavior, Uplift Performance, and Unleash Potential. Meet Aaqib, the man who shows inclusion really starts with Thoughtfulness It was a brief meeting way back in November, makes for my perfect first post of 2025 (I went into a little Linkedin hibernation). I was waiting in my wheelchair, after getting off the bus, waiting for my turn at boarding. The sun was mighty and on my face. Aaqib comes calmly and simply wheels me a few steps away, under a shadow. He also made sure the sun wasn't directly on my face. I hadn't asked. He had observed. And he served, with care. That made all the difference. He made sure I didn't have to ask for yet another thing and instead feel like it's meant to be this easy. It's with the simple acts Aayub made me feel like I mattered and wasn't somethingto be lugged around. And thats what inclusion is all about: Making people believe they matter. Can you train people to care? Well research shows that you can help Sensitise people and that increases care potential. More importantly, people working in an inclusive work environment also themselves become more sensitive and caring towards colleagues and customers!! IndiGo (InterGlobe Aviation Ltd) congratulations on having staff like Aaqib. A simple act during boarding made my entire flight a joyful experience. And guess what, it has made me more inclined for IndiGo flight for my next travel. Isn't it wonderful what a little bit of care, sensitivity, inclusion can do for your business. #inclusion #dei

There’s nothing quite like running a desert #marathon through the sand dunes of Jaisalmer to close out the year. Well, it’s as tough as it sounds. The heat gets to you, the dunes seem endless, and your mind screams! But then, something incredible happens — your heart takes over, pushing you forward one step at a time. That’s the thing about perseverance: it’s not loud, but it’s relentless. As I look back at 2024, this marathon feels like a perfect metaphor for my journey at L&T Technology Services. Joining in April 2023 as a Practice Head and stepping up as a Delivery Head this year in 2024 has been nothing short of a rewarding challenge. And just like in the marathon, what kept me going was the culture here — a synergy of trust, respect, and purpose. The #year2024 was Globally eventful with world economies #nosediving and the #ITsector feeling the pinch of budget cuts and reallocation of funds. At #tanaashi we also faced the itch but thanks to the support of #tanaashiteam #customers and #partners, we crossed the hurdles and now ushering into a new year of 2025 with #365days opportunities. Last year we embarked on a new journey of #servicenowpractice and we successfully executed some projects within and outside India. This year we plan to exponentially grow this practice where we get recognized as formidable #servicenowpartners. When #AI and #data are the talk of #indiadiaphora, we at Tanaashi Technologies Pvt Ltd have to listen. On #makeinindia technology and services front, we are #investing / going to #investindia on the following two areas: 1. Business Insights & Analytics where we shall be building #SaaS Statistical Predictive models to help #smeofIndia giving #businessinsights and #dataanalytics. The predictive analysis can be on sales trends, demand capacity planning or any other business dimension. The work is already WIP and we plan to test on a #betacase by Q2 of 2025. 2. LLM models to bring #voiceinteraction on #enterpriseproducts. We are in the design stage of this and plan to have an #MVP by Q4 of 2025. This will use #NLP to give predictive quotient to the answers thrown by this LLM platform. It will use the #historicaldata from the #enterpiseproduct to #intelligently address #userqueries. It will be on a #continuouslearning model.
