🚀 Connecting ideas and building a global IT community through DEKRA IT BarCamp 🚀   The DEKRA IT BarCamp is an innovative and collaborative event within Global Integrated IT, welcoming both young and experienced IT professionals to connect and stay up to date with the evolving IT landscape. It provides a unique platform for participants to discuss relevant topics, exchange best practices, and learn from each other's experiences.   As we shared in a previous post, we were proud to host one of the onsite events at our Budapest office, while several other online sessions connected colleagues from across continents. Got an opportunity to represent my group during the induction competitions at Symbiosis Institute of International Business. Key takeaways: 1.     Team support and enthusiasm is very important for a person re-presenting the team on the stage. I am happy I was a part of such a team. 2.     Standing in front of a large crowd can be nerve-wracking, so having your thoughts organized beforehand is a lifesaver! 3.     While spontaneity is great, nothing beats the confidence that comes from being well-prepared. PS: Stepping out of the comfort zone, since that’s what I am here to learn :)
