Today we are proud to announce that we have entered into exclusive negotiations to sell our participation in FINAXY GROUP, a leading French multi-specialist insurance broker, to Cinven.   Over the past few years, Finaxy delivered strong organic growth and executed a successful buy-and-build strategy achieving to triple the size of the company. Since Ardian’s majority acquisition in 2020, Finaxy has invested significantly to accelerate the development of its multi-specialist broker model with the addition of new niche verticals, continued regional expansion as well as its first international acquisition in Spain.
