If you've fallen off track, you're just like the world's most successful people. What makes them successful is that they have strategies to help them quickly get back on track. And we're going to share those same techniques with you #1 schedule it. Figure out a place in your routine or your schedule where you can repeat this action at the same time each day, each week, or each occurring. The repeated time can serve as your cue to perform the action. You can also schedule the activity with someone else who can help you to follow through. Number two, start small. Scale up. Some progress is always better than no progress. If you can't get back to the full routine or action just yet, aim to do a small step consistently and then gradually increase it and #3 start where you are. At times, we keep ourselves from doing something because we don't feel like we have the optimal time or the optimal resources or the optimal knowledge. Instead of letting that keep you from taking action, figure out how to work with what you have right now to create the minimum viable version. That is attainable at this moment. This will get the ball rolling so that momentum is on your side.
