Arevon���s mission is really to be one of the solutions to transitioning to a clean energy society. Denise: Arevon has a proven track record of developing renewable energy projects. We have massive growth here, and being a part of the team that's going to provide that growth in the solar industry is very exciting. We want to deliver solar energy, battery storage to our customers in a way that's beneficial to them and us as often as possible, and for as long as possible. Kevin: Arevon is committed to developing responsible projects, because it's the right thing to do, and it will drive the success of the business. If you're not developing responsible projects, then that doesn't help you with the next project down the road. Bob: What's important about our commitment to communities is that by executing predictably, financing the organization conservatively, it really makes sure that we are there in the long term to follow through on our commitments to our counterparties. Chris: What differentiates Arevon from the rest of the industry is the hands-on approach that we take to development. We are there with our landowners lockstep from day one all the way up to construction being completed into operations. Being the long term owner of the projects, our approach is different because we want to build a good quality project that will last the lifetime, and we want to be part of the community. Bob: Because of our reliability with our financial counterparties, we���re seen as a top tier independent power producer. These projects will be in communities for 30 plus years, and you really want a counterparty like Arevon energy who's going to be there all the way through the life of the project. Chris: Arevon is a special company not only to work for, but just to be a part of and work with. Our communities that we engage with on a daily basis, our landowners that make all of this possible, are really the backbone of Arevon. Abigail: I am very proud to work here at Arevon. Keeping communities safe is one of the top priorities. Arevon wouldn't exist and wouldn't be in business if we didn't have communities that trusted us and were willing to work with us. Kevin: We consider ourselves one of the top players in both solar and energy storage. We're continuing to expand our reach into markets, and we're developing responsible projects that communities use as an example. That's what we want to do. We want to set the benchmark for new projects. Brindavani: Arevon is a technological innovator and great leader in advancing the projects that we have. We have strong technical team. We are invested in the project, so we know what we need and how the results will impact the project. We have a great culture of teamwork. Arevon employees are very motivated to contribute to something that's bigger than themselves. My favorite thing about working Arevon is definitely the people that are here, and the cause that I think we are all here for. Denise: One of the things I love about Arevon are the employees. We have such a strong culture here of doing the right thing and being transparent. It's a great culture and one I'm proud to be a part of. Erika: I learn something new everyday, and if a new problem arises, there's always somebody there to help you solve it, provide input or just guide you through the process. Chris: Arevon is growing incredibly quickly, but we're making sure that we're doing it in a sustainable way. The growth in the solar sector is massive in the United States specifically. And Arevon���s going to be a big part of that. Anand: I am extremely proud to work in the renewable energy sector. I think it's been one of my most fulfilling things which I've ever done. Chris: The renewables space makes me proud to work in, because I'm able to look my daughter in the eye every day, because what we're doing ultimately is the right thing to do. And it's also the natural thing to do, is to transition into a clean form of energy production that is sustainable long term. Kevin: We're seeing a huge amount of demand as we move forward with data centers, increased manufacturing activities. All of those are consuming more and more power, and power consumption is one of the leading causes of pollution and potentially climate change. The future is just very bright for us because the technology continues to get better, and every kilowatt hour that we produce contributes to a cleaner world. Our vision is really to support electrical generation throughout the country, and to do that in a renewable way with solar and battery storage, provide that consistently, operate well in the communities that we're in, take care of our employees at the same time, and hopefully help decarbonization of the planet.
