“In my time with Argent Capital, I've come to see firsthand how our focus on people — our clients, our team, and our community — sets us apart in a financial world that's all too often impersonal.” Companies across the St. Louis region are nominated for the Best Places to Work award each year. Winners are chosen based on the results of a third-party survey which measures employee engagement, teamwork, and a variety of other factors. Argent Capital is honored to have been a finalist in the St. Louis Business Journal's Best Places to Work award in 2024. https://bizj.us/1qkswt

This is what momentum looks like! Kaplan has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2024 honor by the South Florida's Top Workplaces program, for the fourth consecutive year. This list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC. The confidential survey uniquely measures the employee experience and its component themes, including how much employees feel respected and supported, enabled to grow, and empowered to execute, to name a few. “These survey results, which merited this distinction, confirm just how highly engaged and dedicated our team is every single day. Our employees’ focus on delivering outstanding results and always raising the bar to reach new levels of excellence remains steadfast. Kaplan is a great place to work, build a career, and make a difference because of our collective efforts, in which we can all take pride,” said Gregory Marino, CEO, Kaplan North America. And Yvonne Cowser Yancy, chief people officer, Kaplan North America, said, “Earning the distinction of being named one of South Florida’s Top Workplaces for the fourth consecutive year underscores the job satisfaction and happiness of our outstanding employees. More great news to share—Mid Oregon has once again been named a Top Workplace in The Oregonian Top Workplaces! This is the second consecutive year receiving this award. The Top Workplaces list is based solely on employee feedback from a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage LLC. The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization, including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few. Out of the 131 companies named over two size categories in Oregon and Southwest Washington, Mid Oregon ranked #7 in the category of Midsize Employers. Out of those 54 companies, Mid Oregon was the top-ranking financial institution and among only three headquartered east of the Cascades. Being named a Top Workplace is a big deal—as noted above, only 131 companies made this year’s list. And because the award is based on authentic employee feedback, it is credible recognition we are very proud of! Way to go, Mid Oregon!
