🌟 Navigating Change: From Sales Recruiting to HR After nearly two years in sales recruiting, I’ve gained valuable experience, overcome numerous challenges, and collaborated with so many different teams. However, my curiosity led me to explore new horizons. Just to give some context, during my undergraduate studies in Psychology, I constantly pondered how I could make a positive impact on people’s lives. This introspection guided me to specialize in Organizational Psychology, recognizing that HR is a ubiquitous function across all global organizations. It’s the heartbeat of an organization, influencing every employee’s journey. Joining the Global HR Recruiting team was a deliberate choice. I knew I’d be shaping the HR function of a fast-growing global organization. HR encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, from fostering growth and promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) to shaping culture and optimizing benefits. Here are the four key areas that I believe have been the most relevant for me in this journey: ✨ The Power of Passion: To thrive in any role, passion is essential. Loving what you do helps navigate challenges and frustration. It fuels resilience, leading to positive outcomes.
