Having an expert approach to commonly experienced problems (expert schemas) and being able to seemlessly respond (automaticity) are 2 key elements furthering law enforcement survival. VirTra delivers this training. Please find it and use it.
Escambia County Public Schools had the honor of hosting school safety advocate and Marjory Stoneman Douglas Public Safety Commission Member Max Schachter. Max's son Alex was murdered in the February 14, 2018 Parkland School Shooting. While visiting with Max, they gave him a brief demonstration of VirTra. "He was very impressed with the system. Max sites the lack of active shooter training as a contributing factor to the failed law enforcement response in the 2018 shooting."
