🌟 Publication Alert 🌟 I am excited to share our latest case report titled "A Rare Case of Strangulated Femoral Hernia in a Male Child" published in the international journal of surgery case reports. Femoral hernias are quite uncommon in the pediatric population, with an incidence ranging from 0.3% to 1%. Their diagnosis can pose significant challenges, making awareness and understanding crucial for timely intervention. In this case report, we present a 14 years old male presented to our emergency department with a two days history of worsening left groin pain. The technology is primarily for pediatric brain and spine surgeries, and displays powerful 3D images of the patient’s anatomy during surgery. When used in combination with a surgical navigation system, surgeons can view in real-time the location of implant devices relative to the patient’s anatomy. The new system will be used in spine and cranial cases, as well as neuro plastic operations and is just one of the many new surgical innovative technologies available in the new Kenneth C. Case Study 149 - Retinoblastoma Retinoblastoma is an eye cancer that begins in the back of the eye (retina), most commonly in children. Retinoblastoma may occur in one or both eyes. It has few, if any, symptoms at first. It may be noticed if a pupil appears white when light is shined into the eye, sometimes with flash photography.
