I'm excited to share part 2 of the incredible review of "Can You Hear Me?" by Martin Vito, aka King Vito Speaks. Martin continues to highlight the importance of multi-generational conversations sparked by this book. He beautifully explains how "Can You Hear Me?" can open eyes and hearts. Mums might start seeing their children through a new lens, and young people might understand their parents' journey to get here. This book fosters a dialogue where both sides can express their needs with mutual respect and honour. Imagine young people articulating their needs, parents genuinely listening, and communities thriving. It's more than just about jobs or money; it's about the love we share and the support we offer one another. If it takes a village to raise a child, we must ensure that every child feels valued and heard, so they too can contribute to the village. Books like "Can You Hear Me?" provide hope and a platform for these essential conversations. They aren't the final answer but a step towards finding solutions together. Let's keep this dialogue going and build stronger, more understanding communities. 🔗 Order your copy now: https://lnkd.in/en7tbjH5 #CanYouHearMeBook #KingVitoSpeaks #BookReview #MultiGenerationalDialogue #CommunitySupport #PreOrderNow

It's one thing to put a book out into the world. It's another to hear how it's being put to good use. Women delivering books on horses to your home seems no less than fiction right? Unless you read The Giver of Stars a beautiful book by Jojo Moyes based on the program led by Franklin D. Roosevelt from 1935 to 1943. The program reached to a small place called Kentucky where women coming from highly conservative families took it on themselves to go against the societal norms and ride to remote places in all weathers conditions to hills and mountains to provide variety of books for kids and women. Jojo Moyes beautifully portrayed the hardships faced by women , strength of female friendships, hyprocritical behaviour by people who claim to be following God’s message and the never dying spirit of packhorse librarians. Reading this book in today’s time can make one feel : 1) More empowered to speak up against domestic violence and torturous marriages 2) Inspire to do good for the society 3) Challenge the wrong mindsets 4) Feel grateful to be living in better times 5) Never give up on something that truly makes you happy and feel alive! This book made my Saturday so much better. Its a must read and if you dont get a chance to read the book you must read about the packhorse librarians. Happy Reading 🌸 LinkedIn LinkedIn Guide to Creating #books #bookstoread #womenempowerment #inspiring #inspiration #bookrecommendation #bookclubs #tbr #womensupportingwomen
