Bridging the Gap: Equipping Law Students for Career Opportunities Recently, while conducting campus interviews for Kashmiri law students for Advocatespedia internships, I encountered a concerning trend: only a handful of the 20+ law students interviewed came prepared with a CV. Many even requested guidance on CV creation. This experience highlights the need for improved career readiness resources for aspiring lawyers in Kashmir. While some students demonstrate strong digital literacy, the overall gap in CV preparation skills needs to be addressed. The onus lies on educational institutions to equip students with essential job-hunting tools, including CV writing and interview preparation.
