Arlington National Cemetery’s Post

Maj. Gen. William Zana served in the 3d U.S. Infantry Regiment (The Old Guard) as an enlisted Soldier early in his career. He earned his Tomb Badge when he was a sergeant. Decades later, he took to the plaza one last time to pay his respects to the Unknowns. Before he made his final walk, Zana shared wisdom, stories, and insight to his career and what Arlington National Cemetery and the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier mean to him. Zana walked off the Tomb plaza at midnight on June 1 to finish his 37-year career. https://lnkd.in/exvpyfpT
