Another OilPro-supplied CAP3M was put to work this month in the Inga, BC area. Pneumatic devices powered by pressurized natural gas were used for process control and chemical injection. These devices vented spent gas directly into the air, threatening the clean fuel advantages of natural gas. The low-maintenance CAP3 solution efficiently combusts previously vented methane and in the process provides reliable electric power and clean, dry instrument air. The Compressed Air Pneumatic (CAP3) includes: - 11 scfm continuous air output at 100 psi (60+ scfm available and 145+psig options) - Low maintenance robust duplex compressors - Integrated air dryer - HMI for local data review and control - Eliminates “wet-gas” pneumatic issues - Gas flow measurement for mitigation reporting - Eligible for emission offset carbon credits - Gas Conditioning Unit (GCU), protects against liquids in gas inlet Originally built as a joint effort between OilPro and Central Air Equipment independently to meet a client request, the CAP3M is the evolution of the first CAP3's.
