European Patent Litigators Network (EPLN) meeting in The Hague 2-3 July 2024 Looking back on an energetic and collaborative meeting of the European Patent Litigators Network (EPLN) in The Hague. We started our meeting with a visit to the beautiful Museum Panorama Mesdag, followed by dinner in Scheveningen by the sea. The following day was dedicated to discussions on matters of collaboration and UPC case law and regulations in light of the different jurisprudences of the EPLN members. We sincerely thank each member of the EPLN for their participation and contributions, which made this event both memorable and enriching. With more than 125 EP litigators, the EPLN can choose the best strategy for its clients, move fast, and scale up if necessary. Clients have access to the expertise, experience and practical resources needed to meet the demands of prosecution before the UPC, particularly the complexity of the cases, the short deadlines, and the prosecution in front of a supranational court that may also show characteristics of a local court. The members of the EPLN, Meissner Bolte, IPSIDE - SANTARELLI - BREVALEX, Società Italiana Brevetti S.p.A., SIB LEX, and Arnold & Siedsma, are located in Europe’s major litigation jurisdictions.
