So as you can see, the specialist team is carry on with the finishing the structure before they could come with the glass. So really important, Dave, the construction process today and it's the day of the glass being installed. Wow. I mean, it's looking pretty good. Look at the glass. We've gone for panoramic courts for the player experience. You can see all around the court and also the ball bounces off the glass a lot further. The good thing about this glass is it's really thick. It's 12 millimetres. The courts, they're all gonna be top, top quality and this is probably the riskiest. Part of the whole construction process. And if that glass breaks, hey, it weighs an absolute ton and B it's very, very expensive. Why am I nervous right now? Oh my God, I don't even know what's happening. Ohh my gosh that just touches one bit of metal. Bag shattered. We're going for beers after. Yes. Ohh, this idiot. I just washed the glass which shows how panoramic it is. Obviously we're trying to build a destination here so we want it to be a one stop shop for such. I can play your paddle game, can have a coffee after with your friends, go for a shower. Then you can go work in our business lounge, join a few meetings and then come and have another game of paddle. I'm sick and tired of being at home. Sick and tired of being at the office. Right? Where's my third space? It's pure paddle Manchester. So now that the glass is done, we've now got. The turf to be installed, as you can see here, they use 5 rolls of turf for each site. So we also put 7 to 10 tons of sand on each core and that really helps to keep the turf stable and still during play because obviously there's a lot of movement on it. This next month is really exciting time. Currently trying to find the new coach, assistant manager, managers, part time staff. I've just finalized all the new branding. I'm now assigned to do the merchandise. The bit that's gonna be right down to why it is going to be the mezzanine area. There's a bit of steel that haven't. Life, but hopefully fingers crossed it arrives on time. That is looking brilliant, and the best thing about this Asha that we've bought is it only comes in three pieces, whereas most Astros come in four. Therefore, you'll see a lot less creases on the courts. It's the smaller details that we've invested in. The most premium Astro, we confirmed, I was actually told that it takes three days per quart, but actually it's been 3 days and they've done 3 courts already, which is brilliant news, which means that we're on track. They're working really, really hard to make sure that we're hitting our deadline, and I'm really, really happy with these guys because they're smashing it.
