One of the things we have learned from a decade of leading Home Care CEO Mastermind Groups is that leaders in the top tier of Home Care are "Systems Thinkers." They are constantly looking at their businesses and seeing new ways to put in place people and processes to make their company run more effectively. In our 2024 Future of Home Care survey, conducted by Leading Home Care and The Home Care CEO Forum, and sponsored by AxisCare, we asked respondents to look at twelve systems for home care companies and rank them by their highest priority.
