Thank you to our awesome team members Robin Coulter and Phil Goodwin who recently guided our team through a yoga and meditation break in the spirit of Mental Health Awareness month. Both practices have been found to have numerous benefits for mental health such as reducing stress and anxiety, improving our mood and sleep, enhancing self-awareness, increasing focus and attention. It was really great to come together as a team to take a collective pause in our busy day. We are looking forward to making these sessions more regular! #MentalHealthAwarenessMonth #yoga #meditation
