Remember those days when we sat at a bank of desks and we could hear all the questions reps were asking, hand them the content they were looking for and spot those knowledge gaps easily….well those days are gone! 🧐 Or are they? It's been an amazing and transformative 6 weeks of learning On demand IT skills. I am excited to share that i have not only been able to explore the various tools like Dropbox, Hubspot, Slack Zendesk, Trello, Asana, Loom, clockify, Calendly,monday.com etc but also able to master some of them. I was also able to Learn Email management, Lead generation, Airbnb, Appointment setting, telemarketing, Cold calling, Email marketing etc. Thanks to Digital witch Support community and an amazing teacher @ Ekwutosi Cynthia Okeh😍 who made learning a lot of fun. For me, this is just the beginning. TECH industry, here i come. The Sky is just my starting point. #Upskillingonpoint #Digitalwitchsupportcommunity #Learningcontinues
