Skip the fries, ditch the Coke, and still enjoy that drive-thru chicken burger! Here’s why: A chicken burger has way more protein than banana bread, keeping you full and supporting muscle growth. Fries and soda are loaded with empty calories. Cutting them out slashes your calorie intake without sacrificing satisfaction. Strict meal plans can be tough to stick to. Making small changes like opting out of the sides is easier to maintain. Drive-thru doesn’t have to mean unhealthy. A grilled chicken burger can be a decent option. Swap strict meal plans for small hacks like this and watch the weight melt off. Trust me, a protein-packed burger beats Starbucks banana bread any day! # #weightloss #HealthyHacks #FitnessJourney #Eatingout #flexiblediet

Sunday Night Craving! What’s better than enjoying a delicious meal and staying within your calorie goals? I made homemade pizza using a super simple base with just Greek yogurt and self-raising flour! It’s so easy, takes minutes to prepare, and you can customise it with your favorite toppings. Here’s the quick recipe for the base: • 1 cup Greek yogurt • 1 ½ cups self-raising flour Mix them together, knead until it forms a smooth dough, roll it out, and you’re ready to go in the oven. Add your favorite toppings—tonight I went with beef, cheese, and green peppers. It’s a perfect way to enjoy a delicious meal without overloading on calories. This is food that supports your journey, helping you stay satisfied without feeling deprived. Who says you can’t indulge while staying on track? #HealthyLiving #HomemadePizza #BalancedDiet #RecipeShare #SundayFunday #NutritionJourney

If you're struggling with the time it takes to make food from scratch, here are my top 5 tips to help: 1. Make tortillas, buns, breads, and even pizza crusts ahead of time and freeze them for later. 2. Every Saturday or Sunday, whip up staples like sauces, nut milk, etc. so you have them ready to go all week. 3. Chop vegetables and freeze them so weeknight meals take less time. 4. If a meal plan isn't your style, write down a list of wholesome, home-cooked meals you can choose from throughout the week. 5. Sheet pan meals are your best friend on busy nights. Grab chicken, veggies, and potatoes, pop them on a sheet pan, and bake in the oven. Now you can do something else while dinner cooks for 30 minutes. Eating from scratch doesn't have to be time-consuming if you prepare for it ahead of time. #cookingfromscratch #foodfromscratch #healthyeating #plumbranchhome

You didn't know your favorite meal until you tried Ryan's Instant Porridge. Here is how to whip up this delicious meal: 1. Add 4 tablespoons of flour into a cup or bowl. 2. Add a small amount of cold water to the flour. Note: • The water should not exceed half the capacity of the cup/bowl. • Add more cold water where necessary to ensure sufficient mixing of the flour with water. 3. Stir well and uniformly to form a thick lump free paste. Note: • While stirring, make sure to reach the flour that is at the bottom of the cup/bowl. 4. To the paste, add hot water in bits as you stir, until you achieve your desired consistency. Note: • You may use hot milk as an alternative to hot water. 5. Add a sweetener or flavouring of your choice. 6. Your porridge is now ready to serve. #Ryansinstantporridgeke #1minutemadeporridge #Nutritioninaflash #Mambonichapchap

It's National Barbecue Day! Check out our food grade products! https://ow.ly/6Cmo50RIMC2 Here are the Top 5 Grilling Tips from Pit Masters Use direct heat if the food takes 20 minutes or less to cook. If it takes longer, use indirect heat. Knowing when to sauce is key. Sauce too early and the sugars will burn and threaten the meat. A good rule of thumb is to apply sauce 90% of the way through. If boneless, cook with direct heat. If bone-in, cook with indirect heat. If you prep your station before you start, grilling will be easier to manage. Remember, prep smarter and the work won't be harder. Use a grill pan for veggies and smaller/delicate foods. This will stop food from falling past the grill's grates.

Here's an example of a quick and simple Clean-ish breakfast 👇🏾 🥚 Egg bites w/ peppers & bacon 🍠 Sweet potato hash browns As a busy wife, mother, and business owner, cooking from scratch everyday simply isn't an option. But spending $10+ everyday to get crappy food from a drive-thru isn't on my list of things-to-do either. It took me 30 minutes to make 12 egg bites. Now all I have to do is reheat and eat to have breakfast for the next few days. The sweet potato hash browns are by Strong Roots and can be found at Whole Foods or Walmart in the freezer section. Just throw them in the air fryer for 20 minutes and you're good to go! Not only is this meal quick and easy, but it'll also help you reach your weight loss goals and save some coins! Like this post if you found it helpful and share it with someone else who needs practical healthy meal ideas. . . #EatCleanish #eatlikeyouloveyourself #healthybreakfasts #breakfastmealprep #balancedeating #eatbetter #sustainableweightloss
