Studies have shown that if companies are very digital, regulation will help them develop. For that to happen, companies must embrace the AI Act, take it on board and integrate its obligations into their process #bydesign. The challenge for AI is to create #trustworthy systems by design that meet the ethical expectations of our society. This is a vast undertaking: #ethics is a subject that is built throughout the entire lifecycle of a #product.
