🚀 Excited to have participated in the Action Jam Spring Event 2024! 🚀   The event was a fantastic gathering of AI enthusiasts and professionals at Swisscom's Brain Gym in Bern, where we explored the world of Generative AI and its applications across industries. From insightful keynotes to hands-on workshops, it was a day packed with learning, networking and innovation.   🎯Key Takeaways:    Prompt Engineering: Creating effective prompts is critical to unlocking the full potential of large language models (LLMs). Techniques such as zero-shot and few-shot prompting significantly improve the accuracy and relevance of AI output. For example, the use of detailed personas and specific context in prompts can result in highly tailored responses, improving customer interactions and decision-making processes.   Governance and compliance: Ensuring fairness, transparency and accountability in the use of AI is essential. Effective governance and compliance frameworks help manage the risks of AI and maximize its benefits. We discussed strategies for implementing AI ethics, handling data privacy, and maintaining robust AI systems to prevent bias and ensure fair outcomes.   Hands-on experience: The practical use of AI tools to identify strategic areas for action, and explore their potential replacement by AI solutions, highlighted the importance of interactive learning in mastering AI technologies. We explored tools such as Perplexity.ai, which allows users to review and refine sources for more accurate insights during market research.    Synthetic user testing: We also looked at synthetic user testing, where AI-generated user profiles simulate real-world interactions.
