Did you know that less than ½ of a % of job applicants get interviewed? 🤯 It’s no wonder so many are struggling on the tech job market. What if there was a different path? What if there was a tried-and-true, step-by-step system that anyone can follow to get tech interviews weekly and a job offer within a matter of months. In fact, this same system helped a record-breaking SEVEN of our students get job offers in the last 30 days alone. It all boils down to 4 simple steps. Here’s what you need: The RIGHT Skills. So often training programs fill your head with technical knowledge but don’t teach you how to put it together for yourself or apply it in a practical way on a production environment like you’ll encounter on the job. Confidence. An interviewer will only have as much confidence in your abilities as you do, so you will need to get confidence in your abilities dialed in before stepping foot on an interview. Experience. Now I know you might be thinking, “How can I get experience if no one will hire me?” There is a work around, which I’m happy to share. I’ve seen this one line of experience take a resume from crickets to multiple interviews every week. It’s like magic. Connections. At the end of the day, humans hire for jobs. So we need to make sure your resume is being seen by a human. The fastest & easiest way to do that is through building connections. Especially if this is your first tech job, having a connection that guarantees your resume is reviewed by an actual human is essential. If you’d like to learn more about how you can implement these 4 steps to get interviews every week & a job offer in a matter of months, join us live this weekend for our next masterclass - https://lnkd.in/g8-SBsEs

Making your way through the job market during these challenging times can be overwhelming and exhausting. We often seek guidance when we feel stuck or demotivated, sometimes even questioning if we're on the right path. Personally, I always look up to Sahil Gaba for inspiration. For those unfamiliar, Sahil is a dedicated software engineer currently excelling at Google. His journey is truly motivational, especially for international students like me coming from non-CS backgrounds, who understand the struggle of breaking into the tech industry. Sahil addresses the real challenges in the preparation journey, offering practical advice from creating a roadmap to effective time management for maximum productivity. Recently, Sahil launched a free 5-day email course called 'Interview Master.' This course provides invaluable insights on excelling in tech interviews, mastering data structures, crafting standout resumes in today's competitive job market, a System Design cheat sheet, and much more. 📍The company I always wished to work for REJECTED ME😒 When I received the rejection email after my interview, I thought this was the end of my tech career. ✌️ It was my dream company, and I lost the opportunity due to my lack of preparation.💯 But life always gives you a second chance. So I applied for the role again and I learned from those experiences and mistakes and gave my best. 🔹I revisited core DSA concepts while focusing on Big O notation and space complexity. 🔹Practiced problem-solving via LeetCode, whiteboards, and on paper. It simulates the real interview environment. 🔹While preparing for system design I practiced Design and scalability problems. 🔹Participated in mock interviews to get comfortable articulating my answers in a concise, impactful way. The result? After the interview, I received my offer letter!!! So, my advice to you is– don't be afraid to fail. Learn from your rejections, identify your weaknesses, and come back stronger. ✌️ If you are on the same path of preparing for your interviews you can consider platforms available, like Tutort Academy, that can help you prepare for your next tech interview by providing expert guidance, mocks, and structured resources. 🔗Explore here- https://bit.ly/3YCzGRJ Up till now, they have helped 1250+ professionals successfully land a job at their dream companies by providing- ✅Well-structured curriculum for mastering DSA & System Design ✅ Live Interactive sessions from MAANG Mentors ✅100% Guaranteed job referrals ✅Mock Interviews, Resume sessions, LinkedIn profile Optimization, and more. SDE 3 @ Atlassian | Interview coach helping people to crack top tech companies (DM) | LinkedIn Top Voice 2024 | Ex - Autodesk, TCS
I've interviewed hundreds of people till date, and here are 7 tips I recommend:- 1/ Assume nothing, question everything When you're given a problem statement, be it DSA or HLD or LLD, clarify all your doubts. Don't make assumptions, they will bite you in the back later. 2/ Take time to think You have to convey your thought process, but that doesn't mean you have to talk continuously every single second throughout the interview. Tell the interviewer you need a couple of mins to think for yourself and start the conversation. 3/ Follow proper coding conventions Name your variables, methods, classes, interfaces properly. This is not leetcode/competitive coding exam to name the variables like a,b,test etc. You're in a software engineering interview and these are taken in high regard. 4/ Consider edge cases always Your problem statement will almost always have edge cases. Make sure to think through them and convey them to the interviewer. 5/ Stop feeling scared/overwhelmed in interview Treat the interview like a discussion, and not like an interrogation. Most interviewers are happy to help you and they want you to succeed as well. 6/ Look for hints when the interviewer explains Often times when you're stuck, the interviewer will ask questions to poke your mind. Those are HINTS! Think hard why a question is being asked and your thoughts should fall into place easily. 7/ Time is of essence I know, you're pumped for the interview and want to showcase your skills. But remember, time ticks faster in interviews. Don't get carried away by unnecessary discussion and focus on the conversation at hand. Nothing beats a proper preparation done with consistency and hardwork. It speaks for itself in an interview! Good luck! Follow Revanth Murigipudi for more such reads. How to NOT Fail a Technical Interview 1️⃣ Stop Overthinking, Start Communicating: 🗣️ Ease the tension by realizing that the interviewer wants you to succeed. Don't hesitate to ask for clarification; it shows your eagerness to understand and deliver. 2️⃣ Voice Your Thoughts: 🧠 When coding, think out loud. It's not just about the solution; articulate your thought process. This helps the interviewer follow your logic and appreciate your problem-solving approach. 3️⃣ Silence Isn't Always Golden: 🤐 Don't shy away from talking! Explain your code and decisions. Remember, silence is only golden when the code speaks for itself. So, unless it's 'code gold,' speak up! 4️⃣ Keep Calm and Code On: 😎 Maintain composure; it's the hallmark of a great coder. Ask clarifying questions to showcase your understanding and passion for the craft. 5️⃣ No Magic, No Tricks: 🎩✨ Avoid relying on magic solutions or overly clever tricks. Clear and concise code always wins. Don't try to impress; strive to express your understanding. 6️⃣ Beware of Internet Myths: 🌐 Internet advice can be a double-edged sword. Be discerning; don't believe everything. But at the same time, utilize credible sources. Finding the right balance is key. 7️⃣ Quantify Speed with BigO: 🏎️ Instead of vague terms like 'blazingly fast,' express efficiency using Big O notation. It not only demonstrates your understanding but also gives a precise measure of performance. 8️⃣ Master Time Complexity: ⏰ Dive deep into time complexity. Understand the nuances and implications. It's a language every interviewer speaks. 9️⃣ Find Joy in the Basics: 🎉 Enjoy the small victories, like centering a div. Mastery of the fundamentals shows your dedication to craftsmanship. Simple tasks, done well, speak volumes. Remember, a technical interview is as much about showcasing your skills as it is about connecting with your interviewer. So, paint your code with confidence, communicate effectively, and land that dream role! 🔍💻 #TechInterviewSuccess #CodeConfidently #CareerTips #takeaways from Fireship Tech video!

Dr. Hossein Safari AMAZON , Don’t destroy AMAZON Our forests are disappearing at an alarming rate. Over the past few decades, we've witnessed the devastating impact of deforestation, with millions of acres of lush, vibrant ecosystems being cleared for various purposes. This alarming trend not only destroys the natural habitats of countless species but also contributes to climate change, soil erosion, and the disruption of vital water cycles. It's time we take action to protect and restore our precious forests and oceans and finally Earth before it's too late. NATO or other Organizations are also responsible for protecting our forests and oceans and all humanity with peace . They should respect to all thoughts without considering racism and finally developing to keep our planet Earth . We have no other place to live as alternative except Earth .
