In ARU's first several years, recruiting great people was a substantial challenge for us. Many qualified candidates expressed reticence to leave established companies to "take the risk" on ARU. Thankfully our growth and success has moved that needle quite a bit. Today we are pausing accepting candidates for our recently-posted CPO role, after having received 700 applicants in 6 days. We are grateful and humbled by the interest, and we request patience so we may give each candidate the review he/she deserves. We will provide a written response to each candidate.
