I observing since 2 months that HR required the compalsury the same industry experience of 4-5 years. Observations: 1. They required the same commodity experience 2. He have good contact with buyers 3. They can value add up for any company without any discripencies. 4. Either Hr left his/her company within 5-6 montths 5. She/ he doesn't knowledge about logistics & supply chain 6. He/she advertising his/her current company due to save the job 7. Finally these are sample can understand on senior level more Now come on company Directors & ownership of the company. 1. They hired you for handling of all departments. 2. He/she directly involved with all employee even excutive. 3. There is no any hirarcial or vertical charts either doesn't have any SOP 4. King size flagship either they they know very well established & their value in market Finally. 1. Don't judge to any candidate what they have to deliver 2. If any candidate having same experience in same industry which you are looking it's means you want to add value or customer to cut from an another company. 3. Why you are not clear about vision & your goal. 4. There are several things & requested to HR not go for your apprasial & nor your personal growth value Finally, in some words in these days matket Trends HR required 5 yrars experience in same industry , have you go through your back collar & our supply chain industry there are 98 chapters in customs & follow the single rules as per DGFT, customs, FTP, ports, shipping lines, air lines Rules not any external routes beyonds upon supply chain. Last words, suppose if any one have 5 years experience in electrical products & you hired & fited within 1years it means they can't sustain in other products.. Bakwass.. Close the scenrio which is going in these days .be professional. I can handle 70± HSN independly.
