Just yesterday, I was discussing with a founding team at a very early stage venture about getting the first 100 customers/users and corresponding sales incentives. This Substack post today, in Kyle Poyar 's newsletter, Growth Unhinged, referring to the successful case of Warmly, does a great job elaborating that journey of 0 -> 100 customers, as narrated by Warmly's founder maximus greenwald. 🥇There are "first" 100 customers. 💰 And then there are first 100 "paying" customers.
