How do you 'listen' to your employees?   As a proud member of the #TopTalent Management Team, am thrilled to share an innovation that emerged from our inspiring collaboration with Dilip Manepalli from _VOIS Vodafone Intelligent Solutions Edge team.   Meet Amber, our Chief Listening Officer (CLO). CLO is not just a concept; it's a pioneering initiative that has transformed the way we 'listen' to our employees. CLO, powered by #Generative AI & #ConversationalAI, infuses a human touch to every interaction, engaging employees in personalized conversations that delve into their emotions and intentions.    Post testing CLO for a few months with our Top Talent Community and analysing our findings, we are excited to witness the positive impact it has made on the developmental journey of our Top Talents.   Engagement Percentage: The number of people responding to surveys has #tripled, thanks to Amber's conversational AI and engaging UI, transforming the dynamics of our interactions. Attrition Prediction: Proactively foreseeing potential attrition cases has become a cornerstone of the CLO initiative. Early warning signs are addressed promptly, cultivating a supportive environment and potentially reducing attrition rates. Employee Experience & Actionable Insights: At the heart of this initiative is the enhancement of employee experience. With its near-human touch and effective analytical dashboards, CLO has significantly improved the overall experience for both our Top Talents and the team managing them. The experiment has fostered a culture of trust, empathy, and growth.   As we look forward to a large-scale implementation, we eagerly anticipate welcoming our Chief Listening Officer.
