Great work Oliver and Robert. #TeamAsbri #Planning #Development #EconomicDevelopment
Asbri Planning is delighted to have obtained a couple of planning permissions either side of the Christmas break for Dyfed Steels in Llanelli. The first was for the change of use of an adjacent building from its previous use as an architectural salvage yard into an industrial use for Dyfed Steel, and the replacement of its current multi-pitch roof which is in poor condition with a new, one span pitched roof. The second permission was for the construction of a new 3,000sqm industrial unit within the curtilage of the existing Dyfed Steel operation. Dyfed Steels Ltd is the largest independent steel stockholder and processor of steel in Wales and the South West of England. The company has operated in the town for over 45 years playing an important role in the town’s economy. It is hoped that the proposed developments will stimulate further economic growth by allowing the company to increase its production capacity and create further job opportunities.
