Over 100 employers are on deck right now to meet with Veterans, Active Duty, and Spouses looking for that next meaningful career. Come ready to engage and network, polish up that elevator speech, and find that next role. Couple of tips: - Meet with ALL of the companies. You never know where your next opportunity may come from - Take a look at the companies in attendance. You can view each one, who all have an About section, and many list specific roles they are looking for. Research helps! - Knock them out with a killer intro, be friendly (they have to WANT to work with you), and apply all those skills you've learned over the years.

Fall is just a few short weeks away… and with fall comes career fair season! Attending a career fair can be a major step in your professional journey. Here are some tips to help you make the most out of an event: 💻 Do Your Research: Find out which companies will be attending and look for ones that interest you. This will allow you to generate questions and talking points ahead of time to get the most out of the window you are given. 📄 Bring Resumes: Bring plenty of copies of your resume to share with recruiters at the event. Make sure your resume is updated and tailored to the positions you are interested in. 📨 Follow-Up: Keep track of the companies and people you spoke to in order to effectively follow-up on the conversations you had.
