Senior Program Manager, Ascend at the Aspen Institute

Last week, I had the honor of leading a two-generation (2Gen) workshop at ChildCareGroup’s Staff Development Day in Dallas, TX as a part of #Mission2Gen ChildCareGroup is Network Partner with Ascend at the Aspen Institute and champions a 2Gen approach through their early childhood development programs with children and their caregivers, and through their training of early childhood professionals. With a staff of over 400 present on this day, the commitment and passion is palpable! To Tori Mannes and her leadership team, what a fantastic day of learning and fun. You set the bar high with your thoughtful agenda and commitment to the theme. It was also a personal honor to share the stage with former NASA astronaut, Bernard Harris, who kicked off the day with an inspirational keynote address. The future is bright!
