It's always impressive to see the dedication of our team in making a meaningful impact. At a recent Sales Conference, our team devoted a day to volunteering with the River and Canal Trust, clearing overgrown vegetation along a canal section. We strongly believe in giving back and going the extra mile whenever possible, and we're fortunate to have a team that embodies these values. Well done, Ascensia UK & Ireland! #Diabetes #DiabetesCare #Volunteer

Reflecting on an Inspiring Week Last week, our UK and Ireland Sales teams came together in Edgbaston, Birmingham for a memorable Sales Conference. It was a fantastic opportunity to celebrate our achievements, with special guests #TorkildAnderson and #OleKristianOlstad joining us. A warm welcome also to our 4 new colleagues who have recently joined the UK team! A highlight of the conference was a dynamic session led by Lucy Philip and Clare Bryant, introducing Insights Discovery Personal Profiles. This engaging exercise encouraged self-awareness and explored our unique 'colours' profiles, sparking thought-provoking discussions among the team. Beyond the conference, we dedicated a day to volunteering with the River and Canal Trust, where we tackled overgrown vegetation along a canal section. Despite the heat, our team's dedication shone through, making a significant impact that was greatly appreciated by the charity and passers-by alike! Additionally, our Newbury office team had a fulfilling day partnering with RCT near Reading, focusing on tasks like litter picking, painting lock gates, and installing a fence with impressive teamwork and muscle power. It was truly a rewarding experience for all involved! Thank you to everyone who contributed to making both the conference and volunteering days a success. Looking forward to continuing our momentum and making a positive impact together! #SalesConference #TeamWork #Volunteering #ImpactfulContributions Ascensia Diabetes Care Lucy Philip Clare Bryant Canal & River Trust
