I presented on Generative AI learnings (see the slide show for a sneak peek). The ECS event roughly marked the 1 year anniversary of us ramping up to build Gen AI solutions for our customers. What a ride it has been, I cant believe I wrote this 12 months ago! https://lnkd.in/ehs9tECF In some ways, the technology feels very new, compounded by the pace of innovation, but it also feels like it has been around for far longer than it has. How did we get by without? Ascent have invested heavily in upskilling our team, creating an ecosystem and propositions to support our customers with the emergence of commoditized Generative AI. Over 150 people have participated in our half-day Generative AI workshops, helping decision-makers accelerate their journey. We have run numerous design thinking sessions, built countless demos, evolved our architectural thinking, and helped several customers realize their potential. Despite the complexity and challenges, the experience has been thoroughly enjoyable, especially working with great minds like George Earp, Simon Sear, Henry Brown, Sean Marjason and Kurt Farrugia. We also couldn't be successful without our partner Microsoft's Azure platform and their amazing people supporting us, Eleri Gibbon, Alfonso Ciappa Petrescu, Wendy Carstairs, Sunil Grewal, Robin Lester to name a few.
