Our away day at the stunning Rockliffe Hall Hotel, Golf & Spa Resort on Friday was exactly the tonic to get ourselves ready for the year ahead. Great balance of reflection, planning and collaboration. Massive shout out to all the team in helping bring it all together. On a personal level, taking the time to look back is always valuable, but for me, the real excitement lies in getting ready for 2025 and the opportunities in front of us. Some highlights: ✅ hearing about the exceptional work across all services offered by Verve (Cathi) and the amazing progress being driven by Hayley on The Verve Foundation - truly inspiring! And a massive thanks to all the companies helping to make this a reality. ✅ delving into our service delivery (online and offline). By having clients join us for the day, their insights were so helpful. And while it was lovely to get the compliments, we inevitably will drop the ball, but the learnings from these discussions will make us better. ✅ focusing on individual and team objectives, ensuring we are all aligned together.
