Atleast they get the right path to tackle the situation. Most of the people don't know the basic Interview Questions. They focused mostly on complex questions but forgot to prepare the simple topics. " Overcoming Challenges: My Journey into the Test Automation World" After discovering the potential of Test Automation during a pivotal conversation, the next phase of my career was filled with numerous challenges and opportunities for growth. Back in 2015, Test Automation Engineering was still a new and emerging field, and at VD, we didn’t have a dedicated Test Automation Engineer at the time. We were all exploring different tools, trying to find what worked. Both web and mobile automation were uncharted territories. Progress was slow, and at times, finding solutions felt almost impossible. I had to dive into automation and learn the tools on my own, but I was never truly alone. Our Senior developers were my guiding light—always there to point me in the right direction and show me how to find the solutions on my own. Their support wasn’t just technical; it gave me the confidence to keep pushing forward, even when things seemed impossible. One of the most crucial elements of my early career success was the incredible support and learning culture around me. VentureDive culture was extremely supportive and friendly.  My mentors and seniors weren’t just helpful—they were the driving force behind my growth. Even with all the challenges, the team always had my back, pushing me to keep learning and evolving. With their support, I was able to dive headfirst into automation and master what once seemed impossible. This was the real beginning of my Test Automation journey. Lesson:  - The key takeaway for fresh grads is to find a company that helps you grow and learn. Look for a place that feels like home, where you're encouraged to try new things and take risks. Suggestion : - I always recommend fresh grads to join startups, where you can dream big and build from the ground up. In a startup, you'll learn 100 times more than anywhere else. - Also, find great mentors and seniors who will lift you up and help you grow. Today, I am excited to share a new and thrilling phase of my career: last week, I started the QA Engineer course at LumeStack and I am steering my career even further into the technology field. This is a moment of great challenge and significance for me, as I have always been passionate about technology and innovation. I believe that my educational background and market experience, combined with the knowledge I will acquire, will provide me with a comprehensive and strategic perspective as a QA. Since the beginning of my career, technology has always been present. One of my qualifications is a technical degree in data processing from COTEMIG - Colégio e Faculdade School. Back when I studied data processing (a few years ago), I already knew that technology would be the transformative tool of the world. My involvement with the innovation ecosystem, acting as a business strategy mentor for startups, is further proof of this passion. I am immensely happy and grateful to start this new journey as a QA Engineer. Every step of my professional path has contributed to bringing me here, from technical training to working in various customer-focused areas.
