As an organization, it is essential to invest in the continuous #development of our teams. At Adriatic Group GmbH , we understand the significance of aligning team development with both the company's values and those of the individuals. Inclusivity and respect for #diversity are our core values, so we recently organized a training session for the representatives of our sales department in their native language - Turkish. We collaborated with Dilek Süzal Coach PCC, M.Arch to ensure the training was comprehensive and practical. It was heartening to see the enthusiasm and participation of the team members during the session. ❤️ By providing language-specific training, we aim to create a work environment where every team member feels valued and understood. We have also conducted sessions on #transparency, which have led to the developing of a culture of trust and honesty among the team members. Our efforts in team development have resulted in increased job #satisfaction, a more cohesive work environment, and improved sales #performance. The HR department at Adriatic Group is highly motivated to continue with this practice in the future. We understand that every team is unique, and team development needs may vary.
