Here's an easy way to calculate manpower for FCU installation
How many Fan Coil Units (FCU) can be installed in a day?
Ideally, the following production rates are considered average:
⏤ FCU installation - 4 units per day - 2 PF + 2 HL
In other words,
⏤ 4 FCU units per day will be installed by 2 Pipe Fitters and 2 Helper
Manpower is classified into the following groups:
PL - Plumber
PF - Pipe Fitter
PW - Pipe Welder
DM - Duct Man
IN - Insulator
EL - Electrician
HL - Helper
With the help of this example, you can calculate the manpower required for FCU unit installation.
The actual manpower might vary based on the complexity of the installation, the specific site conditions, and the efficiency of the team.
