In our modern world of constant hustle and relentless mental chatter, we often find ourselves disconnected from the innate wisdom of our bodies. We race through life fueled by thinking minds, prioritizing productivity over presence, analysis over allowed feeling. But within each of us lies an subconscious reservoir of embodied knowledge - stored experiences, unprocessed traumas, and emotional encodings that await expression. #HolisticWellness #SelfCare #MindBodyConnection #Wellness #Mindfulness

CEO @PG Consulting | Somatic Work / Expansion Coach / Facilitator / Mentor for individuals, groups and business executives
I am happy to announce that after 5 years of active work on #mindfulness, #selfawareness, and #selfmastery, I decided to combine my diverse backgrounds and experience —business acumen, project management, coaching, mentoring trauma and bodywork —and create a space where individuals and businesses can expand their consciousness, connect to their hearts, embrace authenticity, and allow happiness in daily life. Therefore, #MindBodySoulConcept offers its first event in Tbilisi: WISDOM OF TRUST – Somatic and Breath Workshop co-facilitated by certified Dutch specialist together with me. The group is small and cozy, so please register before the places are filled up, if any questions DM. 🌿🧘♂️ Our bodies are inherently wise, storing all the emotions, impulses, and messages conveyed to us. We just need to keep listening, trusting and decoding. Body-conscious work together with breath is the most powerful tool to connect with this wisdom. The first part of the workshop is dedicated to somatic work. We will set up the first steps of trust with the body, listen to and express emotions with the body, and open up the heart for breathing. After the first part, we will continue by deepening your awareness around the topic of trusting yourself. Through connected breathing and touch, we help lift blockages, release emotions, and find inner peace. By trusting your breath and the wisdom of your body, you can navigate life's challenges with greater confidence and clarity. During the integration phase, we let the experiences settle, so you can move forward with renewed energy and trust in yourself. Workshop Date/Time: 21 July 2024 / Sun. / 17:00 - 21:30 Venue: Yoga Loft / Shalva Radiani 14, Tbilisi, Georgia. Registration: https://shorturl.at/LX9YE Many people experience profound insights, renewed energy, and the release of old patterns, blocked emotions. Facilitator - Midas Mentink: Certified Breathwork Facilitator, Reiki, and Deep Tissue Massage Specialist from the Netherlands. He offers private, group, and corporate sessions in Utrecht and Amsterdam. #Breathwork #SomaticHealing #Wellness #PersonalGrowth #EmotionalHealing

Focus is not only a mental phenomenon but also a bodily experience. When we concentrate our attention, our nervous system becomes finely attuned, engaging our senses and motor functions in a synchronized manner. This integration of mind and body creates a sense of presence and groundedness, allowing us to fully inhabit the present moment. Physiologically, focus triggers the release of neurotransmitters such as dopamine and norepinephrine, enhancing cognitive function and sharpening our senses. Our heartbeat may steady, our breathing may become more rhythmic, and muscle tension may decrease as we enter a state of relaxed alertness. Somatic practices such as mindfulness meditation, yoga, and breathwork can deepen our ability to focus by cultivating awareness of bodily sensations and promoting a sense of embodiment. Through these practices, we learn to observe our thoughts and emotions without attachment, anchoring ourselves in the present moment and fostering mental clarity. By nurturing this connection through somatic practices, we can enhance our ability to concentrate, regulate our nervous system, and cultivate a deeper sense of presence and well-being. #focuspower #achieve #mindbodyfocus #focusiskey #focusedmindset #concentration #focusedlife #unlockyourpotential #focusonsuccess #focusedliving #mindfulnessfocus #goals #takeactionnow

A Success coach, Trainer, Motivational Speaker, Psychologist and YouTuber who loves to create a positive change in the lives of others
Embrace the Power of Meditation Are distracting thoughts hindering your meditation practice? Don't worry! In meditation, our aim isn't to silence the mind completely. Instead, we utilize anchors like breath or external sounds to centre our attention. Each time a thought arises, simply acknowledge it and gently guide your focus back to your chosen anchor. This process of refocusing is major part of the meditation where brain changes occur! Commit just 1 minute daily to this practice and witness profound changes unfold in you. Embrace the journey of mental clarity and inner peace! #Meditation #Mindfulness #InnerPeace #Focus #SelfImprovement #Wellness #MentalHealth #Anchor #BreathWork #DailyPractice #smajispeakes #smajitony #india #kerala #kottayam #pala #instagram #instagramreels #instagramreel #instagramers #instagramreel #dailyinsta #dailyinstapost #psychology

🌼Mindfulness Based Meditation Training D-7 🌼 Embrace Yourself🫂 Today's session was mind-blowing, introducing the concept of the astral body and the importance of freeing our mind, body, and soul. We were reminded not to be slaves to our physical form and to set ourselves free. The exercise focused on specific organs: breathing through the heart, focusing on the lungs, pancreas, liver, kidneys, and reproductive organs, then moving to the arms, legs, and lower limbs. Prolonged fight or flight responses affect our lower limbs, storing stress in different muscles and organs. We visualized light scanning our bodies, traveling through and healing each organ, detoxifying our bodies. I felt my body resisting, causing numbness, heat, and tremors in my lower limbs. The practice concluded with hugging ourselves like a butterfly, embracing the process without questioning. Let it go, let it be, and allow the healing to happen. #Mindfulness #Meditation #Healing #SelfCare #InnerPeace #EmbraceYourself #AstralBody #Detoxification #StressRelief #Wellbeing #MentalHealth #EmotionalWellness #laibasadaf #Psychologist #sahiwal

Modern psychology has some good points. But it has a major flaw. It believes: 'I think, therefore I am.' Yoga believes: 'I am, therefore I think.' Thus, 1. Modern psychology works without a compass. Yogic psychology is driven by a compass. 2. Modern psychology gives solutions that become problems for tomorrow. Yogic psychology confronts problems today so that they are solved tomorrow. 3. Modern psychology has failed us on a massive scale since its inception. We are becoming a generation of weak-minded mental wrecks. The world needs the Yogic psychology of the Yoga Sutra, Ishopanishad, and Geeta Chapter 2. P.S What's your takeaway? Follow Parijat Saurav Anand for such contents 🖊️✈️

This is an update on the workshops I will be offering this year. I’m developing a big workshop series called ‘Listening to Our Inner Wisdom: Using Somatic & Embodiment Practices.’ The overall aims of this workshop series are to listen to the body’s wisdom, connect to the body in a way that builds trust safety & compassion, to connect & listent to our inner wisdom, to build self awareness, to understand our nervous system, to see the different choices and possibilities we have, to live aligned with our true selves, and to have a toolkit to navigate challenges & thrive. The Listening to Our Inner Wisdom workshop is the main umbrella that has different 2-4 week workshop series within it, part 1 of which is a 4 week nervous system regulation series which I’m aiming to run in September. What I didn’t say in the video is that the workshops for the nervous system regulation series will be fortnightly or monthly from September and possibly on a Saturday morning. The workshops are all online and available worldwide. Places are limited to 10, there are two people on the interested list already for the nervous system regulation series. If you may like to attend get in touch to be added to the interested list. I am also in the very early stages of planning an online retreat with Cori from @koaedinburgh too which will a wonderful nurturing event. Please get in touch with any questions and/or to be added to the interested list for the nervous system regulation workshop or any workshop mentioned in the video, or of course the retreat #selfcare #innerwisdom #bodywisdom #lıstentoyourbody #mindbodyspirit #nervoussystemdysregulation #compassion #selfcompassion #embodiment #yoga #traumainformed #thrive #nurture #wellness #wellbeing #authenticity #livinginalignment #wholeness #pain #fatigue #anxiety #painmanagement #energymanagement
