The global #CompostingToiletmarket size is estimated to be worth USD 44.30 Million in 2022 and is forecast to a readjusted size of USD 61.76 Million by 2028 with a CAGR of 5.69% during the review period. read more - https://shorturl.at/CGVW9 As previously indicated, these toilets can be installed anywhere because they don't require a sewer connection. Indeed, they are preferred in places like farms, eco-tourism resorts, vacation cottages, and rural residences. They can also be readily removed or moved because they are not permanent fixtures. Toilets that compost do not need water to flush. This is ideal for areas without a dependable water supply as well as for neighborhoods with low water pressure. Even in metropolitan areas, this is the recommended option for homes looking to save water. This factor is expected to drive the growth of the Composting Toilet market. 🌿 Top Tips for Eco-Friendly Residential Drainage in the UK 🏡 As we strive to create sustainable living spaces, let's not overlook the impact of our residential drainage setups on the environment. Here are some top tips to make your drainage system more eco-friendly: 1. Rainwater Harvesting 🌧️: Install a rainwater harvesting system to collect and store rainwater for non-potable uses like watering your garden. It reduces the demand on mains water and helps prevent flooding. 2. Permeable Paving 🚗: Opt for permeable surfaces in driveways and walkways. Permeable paving allows rainwater to penetrate the ground, reducing surface runoff and the risk of flooding. 3.Green Roofs 🌱: Consider incorporating green roofs with vegetation. They not only enhance insulation but also absorb rainwater, reducing runoff and providing habitat for local wildlife. 4. Native Plants 🌺: Choose native plants for your garden. They are better adapted to local conditions, require less water, and support local biodiversity. 5. Maintain and Inspect Regularly 🔧: Regular maintenance and inspections can prevent blockages and leaks, reducing the risk of pollution and ensuring your drainage system operates efficiently. 6. Upgrade to Water-Efficient Appliances 🚿: Invest in water-efficient appliances and fixtures. This not only reduces water consumption but also eases the load on drainage systems. 7. Educate and Involve the Community 🤝: Raise awareness in your community about the importance of eco-friendly drainage. Encourage neighbors to adopt sustainable practices for a collective positive impact. Remember, small changes can make a big difference! Let's build homes that are not just comfortable but also environmentally responsible. Share your thoughts and additional tips in the comments below. Together, we can create a greener, more sustainable future! 🌍💚 #SustainableLiving #EnvironmentalResponsibility #UKResidentialDrainage

“ Drought proofing your home: Tips to buying a home in the midst of a water crisis” The number 1 question I get asked these days by my clients is "How do we choose a house in the midst of a water crisis?" This is a great question, especially when there are stories of luxury home owners walking in to neighbourhood malls to use their facilities due to water shortage in their gated community. Here are some tips to make an informed decision: 1. Water Management Systems: This is basic but prioritize properties that are equipped with advanced water management systems such as rainwater harvesting, greywater recycling, and efficient irrigation systems. These features ensure sustainable water usage and reduce dependency on the municipal supply. 2. Location: Choose a location with access to alternative water sources like lakes, borewells, or private water supply networks. Areas like Whitefield and Sarjapur are notorious for encroaching on lakes and waterbodies. The future looks dismal for these areas. 3. Smaller Projects: That’s seems the way to go forward. Large residential properties need copious amounts of water, I have see my clients ask for smaller projects closer to Bangalore CBD where the water supply is still uninterrupted. 4. Certifications: While choosing look for projects certified for their sustainable features, such as LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) or IGBC (Indian Green Building Council) certification. Projects that have high standards of environmental responsibility tend to be significantly efficient than others in managing water #LuxuryRealEstate #BengaluruHomes #WaterCrisis #SmartInvestment

Water Sources in Real Estate-- When it comes to real estate, the source of water can significantly impact property value and sustainability. Let's look into the most common sources available. **Public Water Supply**: Properties connected to a public water supply offer convenience and often adhere to regulated quality standards. This can be a major selling point for urban and suburban homes, ensuring residents have a consistent and reliable water source. **Well Water**: For those seeking a more self-sufficient approach, well water provides an independent water source (often marketed as a "private water source"). The well water is pumped to a pressure tank, which feeds the home, so is just like city water, only independent! Well water offers a unique charm and potential cost savings, but it requires regular maintenance and testing to ensure its safety and quality. These are some lesser used, more rural options that are gaining traction for their eco-friendly components: **Rainwater Harvesting**: This involves collecting rainwater from rooftops and using it for non-potable purposes like landscaping and flushing toilets. It's a sustainable choice that reduces demand on traditional water sources. **Spring Water**: Properties with access to natural springs enjoy pristine and untouched water. Spring water is often considered pure and refreshing, making it an attractive feature for homes in rural or nature-oriented locations. **Lake or River Water**: Waterfront properties with access to lakes or rivers offer a unique lifestyle. However, such sources require careful management to maintain water quality and prevent environmental degradation. Remember, the choice of water source should align with your property's location, your sustainability goals, and local regulations. #RealEstateInsights #PropertyWaterSources
